Chicken factory workers near Newcastle ‘underpaid’ by labor hire firm

The Meat Workers’ Union allegations involving a labour hire firm used by Baiada Poultry’s Beresfield plant were aired on ABC TV’s Lateline program on Wednesday night, 16th October. Grant Courtney now wants Baiada to scrap arrangements with Pham Poultry.
