Dear members,
Norco Raleigh is about to ask you to vote on their current EBA offer.
At a meeting on October 24, AMIEU members voted to reject that offer and said it was not good enough.
The company has decided not to accept your decision, and is asking you to vote on it anyway.
They hope that enough of you will vote YES so that they do not have to continue bargaining.
The AMIEU strongly recommends that you vote NO.
The AMIEU has lodged the paperwork for a Protected Action Ballot. This will enable us to take industrial action if Norco is unwilling to make a fair deal.
Until that happens, remember to vote NO on the company’s proposal.
